Hello, my name is Carlos Esteban Guzmán Arcos. I am a student of Analysis and Software
Development. My program code is 3070453, and my instructor is Laura María Barrera.
In this audio, I will talk about my attitudes, beliefs, and obligations in both my academic
and work environments as a future software developer.
My attitudes must include responsibility. I have to meet deadlines, complete tasks, and
fulfill my commitments, being responsible means not only finishing tasks, but also being
aware of their quality and their impact on the whole project or team. I should look for
opportunities to improve my skills without waiting for instructions, for example, I can
explore new programming languages or frameworks or review my code to find ways to
make it more efficient.
I must also work as part of a team. In most software projects, teamwork is essential. I must
respect the opinions of others and contribute with my own ideas. Communication and
collaboration are key to solving problems and building better solutions. I should listen
carefully, accept feedback, and support my teammates when needed.
My obligations as a future software developer include studying new technologies. I must
always focus on constant improvement. I have to apply good programming practices and
document projects properly. I must respect copyright and software licenses.
I must always keep in mind that learning never ends, because in this field, everything
changes constantly, and I have to adapt to these changes.
In summary, being a software developer goes far beyond just writing code, it’s a
combination of attitude, commitment, and passion for learning.
